Main Characters:

Rudy Roughknight - A "Dreamchaser" (adventurer for hire) who can use legendary ARMs (gun-like weapons; artifacts of ancient civilization)  He is a very special individual (telling why is a spoiler of game) and has power to fight Metal Demons (villain aliens).

Cecilia Lynn Adelhyde - A princess of Adelhyde Kingdom.  She grew up at a magical school because all women of royal family are apt magicians.  She is the only person in the world who can talk to the Guardians (spirits of the nature/planet)  She has a complex against her princess status.

Jack Van Burace - A "Dreamchaser" and a swordsman who can use "Fast Draw" technique.  He is from Arctica(kingdom destroyed by Metal Demons) and he has vengeance on mind.  His traveling companion is a spirit-squirrel named Hanpan.  He is obsessed with acquiring "absolute power" to defeat the demons.
 

Plot Summary:

Many years ago, Metal Demons(aliens) invaded Filgaia(planet game takes place on).  People of ancient Filgaia fought against the demons using Golems(giant robots) and ARMs(powerful guns).  Leader of demons, Mother, was killed and her heart was split up and sealed away.  Now, Mother's children are leading remaining demons to revive her and take over the world.  Rudy, Cecilia and Jack have separate reasons why they'd fight demons, but they are chosen warriors(Cecilia being the most special "Innocent One" or shaman of Filgaia)  They set out on a journey to first prevent Mother's revival, then to fight her and the demons to save their world.

Jack/Rudy - These are only 2 main male characters. They travel together throughout the game.  Jack carries Rudy on piggyback when Rudy is serious injured.  There are not many dialogues between them but Jack's concern for Rudy is apparent.

Zeikfried/Zed - Zeik is the new leader of Metal Demons after Mother's death.  He is very proud.  Zed is the newbie demon who wants to join the high ranks in the demonic hierchy.  He's hyper.  They appear together at one scene and are comically cute as a pair.

Alhazad/Zed - Alhazad is a non-humanoid demon.  He is a sadist and loves to mutilate humans into demons. Zed is one of his latest creations.  Creator and the Created.  Although no dialogue is given between them, it is possible.

= My favorite pairs =

Jack/Rudy and Zeid/Zed.  These are decent-looking pairs ^^;

Boomerang/Rudy - Boomerang is a demon who lives solely to fight.  His purpose in life is to fulfill his desire to fight strong warriors.  He considers Rudy(and other 2) as rivals and chases around.  After the final battle, Boomerang gives Rudy ones of the strongest swords in the game.

= My least favorite pairs =

Anything with Alhazad.  He is such a sadist that any pair involving him would end up becoming violent and noncon.  He is shaped like an armored scorpion, so it won't be a pretty picture, either...
